Welcome, I am Brice.
12 years ago my wife told me:
“Man, you will have to share how you are feeling or this won’t work.”
At that time I had no idea what she meant. I knew I loved her, and this was as much a slap in my face as a wake-up call.
Fast forward 5 years, I became a father. Meeting my daughter cracked through the walls of my heart, redefining what it meant for me to love another human being and forever changing the depth of what I was capable of feeling.
In 2022 I went on a men’s retreat in Portugal, and I left as present and open as I have ever been.
At that time I made a commitment:
to end the silence of the men in my lineage.
In early 2023 I founded The Lighthouse in St. Petersburg, Florida: a safe place for men to share, experience, feel and practice living from the heart.
Since then I have worked with hundreds of men, leading sharing circles, men’s work, 1-1 coaching and retreats.
I work with breath, shamanism, spiritual and energy work, and embodied practices.
Men who work with me learn to deepen their capacity to receive more of this life, deepening their presence and depth, and to embrace what is.
They, myself included, become better men, better husbands, better fathers, closer to their truth.
