What to expect :

A sacred sharing circle
A safe space, judgment free and feedback free to just be
An invitation to come back to your center, express your truth, heal
To witness, be seen and be supported by powerful men on their journey
A brotherhood to meet authentic and opened-heart brothers

What to bring:

An unscented candle to bring your light to the lighthouse

This circle is offered on a donation basis, donations go to help support Roots to Crown. 

Suggested Donation: $10.

Powerful guided inner work, such as : forgiveness circle, emotional awareness, holding space, connecting to the father, …
A safe and confidential container to dive into yourself, bring acknowledgment, bring understanding and peace to those darker parts of yourself
Integration practices to continue the journey at home
A strong community of men committed to do THE work and to support each other


What to bring:
Your willingness to be challenged, to dive in and grow
An unscented candle to bring your light to the lighthouse
A notepad with a pencil / something to take personal notes
